Luke founded Envisage Search to do one thing well — introduce the right people to the right firms, at Director, Partner and Managing Partner level. He works exclusively within executive search, on both sides of the equation: retained searches for firms, and considered introductions for senior professionals.

He doesn't work at volume. Every conversation starts with understanding what someone actually wants — not what looks good on paper. That approach takes longer. It also tends to work.
